Triathlon is three sports combined in one. It is a sport that tests your endurance through three cardio-filled phases - swimming, cycling and running. The sport has both individual and team components.

St. Malo is a Manitoba venue located an hour south of downtown Winnipeg by car. As with all Manitoba venues, transportation will be arranged from Downtown Winnipeg.
