Rugby is a popular sport worldwide and in Winnipeg. Rugby 7’s is a variant of rugby where the teams are made up of 7 players and they play 7 minute halves.

Maple Grove Park is one of our South Winnipeg venues and is located 25 minutes from downtown Winnipeg. It is also the venue for field lacrosse, flag football, ultimate frisbee, and tug-of-war.
